Booking Information

We offer 3, 4, 7 and 10 night stays and our quotation includes gas, electric and fresh clean bed linen along with the hire of the caravan.   If you wish to proceed with the booking then please advise how you wish to pay:

  1. £30 non refundable booking fee, and 

  2. £70 refundable bond (please read Bond section) 

Booking lead

You will be asked to supply your name, address, contact tel no and email address along with the names and ages of all persons staying at the caravan.

Who’s in your party. 

Only those people on your booking can occupy your holiday home or pitch and anyone not named on your booking will be asked to leave the park. In these circumstances no refund or compensation will be given. 

Numbers in your party. 

The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home or pitch advertised. 

Payment Terms

Balance of hire must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. We do not send reminders and unfortunately, due to the demand for our caravans, your booking will automatically cancel once the payment date expires.  If you have booked a cancellation or a last minute deal and you are staying less than 4 weeks before full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Payment details will be sent via email to you once your requirements have been confirmed.

When arranging payment, please make sure you put your FULL name on the payment and NOT “caravan” as this does not identify you personally.  

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your holiday and there are no extenuating circumstances all monies paid will be forfeited. 

On Arrival

Your accommodation will be available from 4pm on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive after this, please let us know. 

We will contact you with directions to the park and the caravan you are staying in. There is no need to queue in reception; you are able to go straight to the caravan and you will be met there. 

If your accommodation is not occupied by 10am on the day after your arrival day and you haven’t told us you will be arriving late, we will treat your booking as cancelled and may re-let the accommodation.

Parking

There is parking alongside the caravan for a vehicle. We respectfully ask that you do not park on the road as wide loads move through the park daily.

On Departure

The caravan will need to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. Please ensure that the caravan is left as you found it and that the heating is turned off; the caravan is secure; the windows fully closed and the door is locked on leaving.

Bond

The refundable bond will be paid into your nominated bank account after the caravan has been inspected when you have left to ensure that:

  • The caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition

  • There has been no damage or breakages

  • There is no evidence that there has been smoking of any kind in the caravan

  • All the equipment is still in the caravan

  • All the windows have been fully closed

  • The door has been closed and locked.
